Well, the name of this game is a little hard to grasp especially when you try to introduce it orally to your friends who have never heard of it and most of the time they would respond by saying, "Sane Bros?" , "Same Pro?" , "Game Bo?" , etcetera.Who would have thought of the combination of Saints and Row anyways? It doesn't really sound catchy and even in shorthand form, SR seems like the shorthand for senior.
The good thing is you don't have to play or know the previous games in this series to enjoy it as it resembles much of the gameplay of our all-time favourite, Grand Theft Auto also known as GTA, only better, for now.
GAMEPLAY
ENOUGH OF THE INTRODUCTION AND GET INTO THE GAMEPLAY!
That is exactly what this game offers at the very beginning after you've clicked CAMPAIGN.

Immediate action! You begin at a bank job scene where you and your buddies rape a bank wearing some real 'cool' prop head for disguise and the SWAT team comes in and a series of hellish actions follow as you blast those enemies in your way and eventually you get to CUSTOMIZE your character as he/she gets the prop head off.

| What is your favourite skin colour? |
The images say it all. You can literally customize your character into anything you want it to be! The Incredible Hulk? Silversurfer? A dog man? Anything! (You can even leave your character nude with the mosaic censors on and surprisingly cops won't arrest you for being naked.)
Don't worry if you are unsure if you are going to play as the character you've first created throughout the game or you might dislike playing as a purple skinned freak or a fat kid in the future BECAUSE there is a feature called PLASTIC SURGERY and believe me, it is really awesome as it brings back the customization menu and you're free to tune any feature of your character again (including the gender).
Now back to the city to cause some real havoc.

The theme of this game is pure fun. It mixes in zombies, high-tech lasers, humour and all sorts of stuffs as long as they are enjoyable! You can even upgrade your guns and weapons, customize your cars, use a tool to rain missiles from satellites, convert enemy with a squid bazooka and so much more!

Just when you thought that was all, hook up your computer through a network connection and find yourself playing in CO-OP CAMPAIGN! You don't have to get online though as the developers in THQ are real nice to allow you to play on LAN (local area network) unlike
someone. *cough*
Blizzard *cough*
so cold *cough*
Seriously, I think the best part was the CO-OP mode where you can go through the missions with your buddy and have loads of fun!
